Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
Yellowday’s equality, diversity and inclusion programmes put people at the forefront of the discussion. We aim to explore the benefits of applying equality, diversity and inclusion principles beyond just the legal requirements, imparting knowledge, empathy and understanding in order to empower you or your colleagues to build a more inclusive workplace culture.
The training is available to be delivered bespoke for your organisation, alongside key messages within your policies and procedures – to meet your business objectives, for staff at all levels, in small or large teams. Delivery can be in-person or virtually online, depending on your needs.

Testimonials

I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation for the Inclusive Language training Yellowday Training provided recently. It was not only enlightening but also empowering to learn how to foster a more inclusive environment through our words and the way we communicate to others. The trainer's expertise and guidance made the session truly impactful and thought-provoking. The training has not only expanded the awareness but also equipped them with practical tools to foster inclusivity in different aspects of their processes.
People and Culture Lead

Excellent training, especially the discussions. Very useful to learn our legal duty, what is 'reasonable' or 'unreasonable' and how to take time and gather evidence.
